Do I need to provide my own domain and hosting?
Yes, clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain. Hosting can either be provided by dsden (based on availability and budget) or we can guide you to the best hosting option for your needs.
How long will it take to build my website?
Small Business: 1 weeks Medium Business: 1-2 weeks E-Commerce / Large Business: 2–4 weeks
What platform do you build websites on?
We mainly work with wordpress or MERN. You can have a site made by a page builder or a custom coded theme in wordpress and a SAAS in MERN.
Will I be able to make changes to my website after it’s built?
Yes. We provide training sessions and video tutorials so you or your staff can update content, manage pages, and keep your site up to date without technical knowledge.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer optional maintenance and support packages that include updates, backups, security monitoring, and small changes, so your website continues running smoothly after launch.
